Privacy Policy- General Provisions
This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Individual Entrepreneur Imankulova (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
7.1. Prior to initiating the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country, to which the transfer of personal data is intended, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to territories of foreign countries that do not meet the above-mentioned requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the personal data subject for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the performance of a contract where the personal data subject is a party.
